While Eric was a missionary, sprinter, and rugby player, his words apply to business standards, too.

The right benchmarks can guide your team toward what is acceptable while turning them away from what to avoid.

In turn, they will be equipped to navigate any unpredictable challenges that may arise confidently.

Consider This: 
The higher the standards, the more you and your team will stretch to get there.
