Welcome to Windows of Heaven Jesus's Storehouse
Welcome to Windows of Heaven Jesus’ Storehouse, and our ministry of Jesus Christ’s CEOs®. As you learn about this Storehouse, you are not only discovering a pioneering ministry Jesus has established for His CEOs, but also the story of how God Holy Spirit formed the shepherd He chose to lead it.
At 20 years old, God Holy Spirit took Leray Heyne into the world of business and made him an award-winning elite CEO. At 38, Jesus humbled and broke him, then built him up as a shepherd after His own heart, anointing him to feed His CEOs with knowledge and understanding in communion (participation) with God Holy Spirit governance. (Jeremiah 3:15, Ephesians 4:11–13)
The journey has been long and costly for Leray and his wife, Teresa, but to have gained Christ in the process, it has all been worth it. Leray often calls Windows of Heaven Jesus’ Storehouse his second career, and we encourage you to start where Leray began: his covenant with Jesus at age 39.
Why This Story Matters
Leray’s journey from business success through breaking into shepherding is not a side note to our mandate. It is the way Jesus formed the overseer who would join Him in feeding and governing His CEOs and their companies through this Storehouse.

Jesus Christ’s CEOs® with Leray Heyne begins with covenant
Jesus Christ’s CEOs® with Leray Heyne is a ministry of Windows of Heaven Jesus’ Storehouse. The formal beginning of this Storehouse is rooted in a written covenant Leray made with Jesus in January 2001.
Leray's Covenant
“Lord, I have tasted the best the world has to offer and don’t desire more of the same. Therefore, today, I make this covenant with you. Time is precious, and the Lord’s work is much. I will not spend my time doing any other business that is not the work of the Lord.”
Meaning
This covenant marks the moment Leray turned from pursuing business on the world’s and his terms to giving the rest of his life to the Lord’s work in the public squares of business.
Vision
Immediately after this written covenant with Jesus Christ, God Holy Spirit gave Leray a vision and a command to establish a Storehouse for Jesus Christ, His Companies, and His CEOs. This is why Windows of Heaven is called Jesus’ Storehouse, and why business owners who live in covenant and have consecrated their companies to the Lord are named Jesus Christ’s CEOs® or JC CEOs®.
What Is Windows of Heaven Jesus’ Storehouse?
An overseer Storehouse that shepherds and feeds Christian CEOs
Windows of Heaven Jesus’ Storehouse is an overseer Storehouse that shepherds and feeds Christian CEOs with knowledge and understanding according to Jesus’s own heart. In practice, this means we equip CEOs whose companies are consecrated to Jesus to live and do business in communion with God Holy Spirit governance in the public squares of business.
Windows of Heaven Jesus’ Storehouse is Jesus’s designated Storehouse for His Companies and His CEOs. We call these consecrated business owners Jesus Christ’s CEOs® or JC CEOs®, because they have entered into covenant with Christ and set their companies apart as His assemblies in the marketplace.
Leray Heyne’s written covenant demonstrated that he is a man after Jesus’ own heart, and at that moment, God Holy Spirit called him to serve as the lead overseer of Windows of Heaven. Leray has joined God Holy Spirit as His shepherd, feeding Jesus’s CEOs with knowledge and understanding in accordance with their predestined purpose in Christ and according to the counsel of His will.
Company Tithe
Windows of Heaven is Jesus’s exclusive designated Storehouse where His JC CEOs are to faithfully bring in the full, unbroken monthly tithe of all the increase Jesus adds to His consecrated companies. The whole tithe that Jesus brings in through His companies is His appointed means of financing the Storehouse mandate to Restore! in all nations the PREEMINENCE of JESUS CHRIST in Business.
A CEO’s company alignment with this shepherding Storehouse is established through covenant and company consecration to Jesus Christ. In practice, that alignment may begin with FREE enrollment in Jesus Christ’s CEOs® Online Bible Institute and/or by launching a Living in Communion Company Fellowship under our oversight.

Core Statement
Our mandate is simple and non-negotiable: Restore in all nations, city by city, the PREEMINENCE of JESUS CHRIST in the public squares of business.
Standard of Creation
Jesus’s mandate for the Storehouse is to restore Christian-owned companies and communities to the standard of creation described in Colossians 1:15–18. This means reordering companies so that all people, processes, and profits practically exist by Jesus, through Jesus, and for Jesus, rather than for man's self-centered purposes.
Public Squares of Business
When we speak of the public squares of business, we mean the visible, daily, for-profit activities where goods and services are traded with believers and nonbelievers. Our mandate is not merely to speak about Jesus in business but to see entire companies functioning as assemblies of Christ's body in those public squares.

JC CEOs call this mandate and the fruit of an owner's covenant and company consecration “The Ultimate Unfair Competitive Advantage!®”. Jesus Christ’s CEOs® Online Bible Institute serves as the prophetic equipping arm of Windows of Heaven Jesus’ Storehouse. It is a free, global Bible Institute for Christian CEOs and business owners whose companies are called to function as consecrated assemblies of Jesus’ body in the marketplace.
A Biblical Mystery Revealed as a Plan for CEOs
When God Holy Spirit divinely instructed Leray Heyne to establish a Storehouse for Jesus, His Companies, and His CEOs, He spent the first five years prophetically revealing to Leray a biblical mystery as a plan for CEOs. This plan is a step-by-step guide for Christian CEOs and their communities on how they are to participate with God Holy Spirit exactly as the Bible instructs, restoring all people and their business activities in the marketplace to the PREEMINENCE of JESUS CHRIST until His triumphant return.
This biblical mystery, hidden from Christian CEOs in previous generations, is revealed and taught in detail by Leray Heyne through the series Restoring the Preeminence of Jesus Christ in Business, The Ultimate Unfair Competitive Advantage!®. What the Institute teaches

JC CEOs Online Bible Institute is for Christian CEOs, entrepreneurs, and owners with two or more people as part of their company. Enrollment is FREE, requiring only your presence, discipline, and hearty perseverance unto the Lord.

Our semi-annual assessments keep JC CEOs alumni and their companies from drifting from their vows to Jesus and from the Father’s plan established in Christ, while also serving as a tool for renewing a JC CEO’s ordination license.

What Are Jesus Christ’s CEOs®?
Covenant partners of Christ who operate their companies consecrated to Christ
Jesus Christ’s CEOs® are covenant partners of Christ who operate companies consecrated to Christ in communion with God Holy Spirit's governance. They do not invite Jesus into their business; they acknowledge up front that their companies belong to Jesus and exist for the sole purpose for which He gave His life on the cross, even in the nations' public squares of business.
Authentic Disciples
Christian business owners are equipped by the Word of God to know what an authentic disciple of Jesus Christ is. They evaluate the cost of forsaking all and voluntarily make a written covenant with Jesus Christ, committing to habitually live as authentic disciples in communion with God Holy Spirit governance.
Authentic Kingdom Companies
Business owners are equipped to know what an authentic kingdom company is, then voluntarily consecrate their companies in writing, declaring that their companies are a possession of Jesus’s domain and that His abiding presence practically rules and reigns over the community, their business, and their ministry activities.
Assemblies in the Marketplace
Jesus Christ’s CEOs consecrated assemblies—ekklesia—are authentic kingdom companies functioning in the public squares as ministries of reconciliation, reconciling all people and their business activities to Jesus Christ, for whom they were created and to whom they are to exist.
The Great Commission in the Public Squares of Business
Consecrated companies are local assemblies in the marketplace
The Great Commission applies to all disciples of Christ, regardless of their grace gifts or societal appointments in family, religion, education, media, arts and entertainment, business, or government. JC CEOs understand that their companies are not exempt from this commission; they are one of the primary places where it is fulfilled.
Consecrated Companies
Consecrated companies to Jesus are local assemblies—ekklesia—of authentic disciples who heed the command to make and nurture disciples of Jesus to spiritual maturity. These assemblies are the Church in the marketplace, ordered for both for-profit activity and discipling activity under Jesus’s lordship.
Living and Doing Business in Communion
Jesus Christ’s CEOs and their teams make and nurture disciples while trading goods and services for a return on investment with believers and nonbelievers in the public squares of business. Leray’s book Living in Communion, Leading the Church into Communion with God Holy Spirit is a tool that helps JC CEOs and their teams fulfill the Great Commission among those within their companies’ spheres of influence.
Kingdom on Earth
Business assemblies within the universal Church
Jesus Christ’s CEOs local business assemblies are included with every local assembly that makes up the universal Church. God Holy Spirit is uniting and perfecting the universal Church as ONE in Christ, as He and the Father are perfectly one.
Holy Temple
Jesus is building up the universal Church to fill all the earth as a holy temple, a dwelling place of God in Spirit, manifesting the kingdom of God on earth as it exists in heaven. The public squares of business are Jesus Christ’s CEOs’ business assembly territory and portion of being this holy temple of God.
Noticeable Distinction
Malachi 3:18 declares that a noticeable distinction will be evident between those who serve God and those who do not. JC CEOs Bible Institute alumni exemplify this distinction as their Christian business assemblies habitually serve Jesus through their daily presence in the marketplace.
Living in Communion Company Fellowships
From forming the CEO to engaging the whole company community
For the first 25 years of Windows of Heaven Jesus’ Storehouse, Jesus directed us to focus primarily on the CEO through Jesus Christ’s CEOs® Online Bible Institute. As we begin the next 25 years, Jesus and Holy Spirit are expanding our ministry to focus on both the CEO and their entire company community through Living in Communion Company Fellowships.
Because nothing happens in a company apart from the CEO, JC CEOs Online Bible Institute remains essential for forming an owner's covenant, company consecration, and Jesus' governance in the leader. But restoring the PREEMINENCE of JESUS CHRIST in business is a team sport, not an individual one; it will take the entire Church—ekklesia—in the marketplace to fulfill our mandate.
Living in Communion Company Fellowships are weekly Acts 2:42-47 company gatherings that equip team members and their company spheres of influence with knowledge and understanding. These fellowships equip entire communities to habitually live and do business—their trade—in participation with God Holy Spirit as authentic disciples of Jesus Christ.
Early in Leray’s shepherding journey, he discovered that Jesus’s Christian business communities were not being equipped to live and do business in communion with God Holy Spirit. He accepted Jesus’s responsibility as shepherd and overseer to do so, and today Leray and JC CEOs Media produce a weekly sermon for Christian CEOs to support their Living in Communion Company Fellowships around the world.
Dear CEOs, Jesus showed with the original 12 that being a genuine disciple of Christ is an ongoing journey that requires belonging to a local community of believers. Your team and your company's spheres of influence form the primary disciple community you are called to belong to in the marketplace.

Recognition
After a CEO’s equipping through Jesus Christ’s CEOs Online Bible Institute, covenant, company consecration, seasons of observation, and God Holy Spirit’s testing of their vows to Jesus Christ, we recognize what Jesus and Holy Spirit have already done. Ordination in this context is not a title but an acknowledgment and commissioning of a CEO’s role as a shepherd of a business assembly belonging to Jesus Christ.

Telling the world what Jesus is doing in business
JC CEOs MEDIA exists to tell the world what Jesus is doing in business. It is a media ministry consecrated to Jesus Christ that amplifies the Storehouse mandate to restore the PREEMINENCE of JESUS CHRIST in Business.
In December 2020, Holy Spirit told Leray they would establish a media ministry. When Leray asked why, Holy Spirit replied, “I want to tell the world what Jesus is doing in business.” In May 2023, before launching JC CEOs MEDIA worldwide, Windows of Heaven Jesus’ Storehouse held a public ceremony at NRB's International Convention to consecrate JC CEOs MEDIA to Jesus Christ, declaring it exists for Jesus, not for man.
Telling the world what Jesus is doing in business implies that much of the world, including many Christian CEOs, still doesn't know what Jesus is currently doing in business. JC CEOs MEDIA introduces Christian CEOs and the world to the basics of what God Holy Spirit, and Jesus are doing in business, while JC CEOs Online Bible Institute and Living in Communion Company Fellowships impart the deeper revelation of how companies and communities have been sent and called to participate with God Holy Spirit, in restoring the PREEMINENCE of JESUS CHRIST in the nations' public squares of business.
Christian Free Exercise Thereof
Defending the freedom to obey Jesus Christ in the public squares of business
Because Jesus Christ’s CEOs are ambassadors of Christ in the public squares of business, the free exercise of their faith is not peripheral to our mandate; it is one of the conditions under which we must faithfully live out that mandate.
Ambassadors
Jesus Christ’s CEOs have been sent into this world by Jesus and appointed by God Holy Spirit to the public squares of business. The United States hosts these ambassadors of Christ and His business assemblies while giving them the free exercise thereof to live out their ambassadorship according to Jesus Christ.
Defense
Jesus commands His disciples to seek to live on earth as it exists in heaven, which is non-negotiable with God. This is why Windows of Heaven Jesus’ Storehouse Founder Leray Heyne habitually defends and legally advocates for the free exercise of all freedoms—speech, religion, the press, assembly, and petition—for Jesus Christ’s CEOs and their Christian business assemblies.

The beginning of 2026 marks the 25th anniversary of Windows of Heaven Jesus’ Storehouse. Leray Heyne’s 25 years working with Holy Spirit have brought a phase of completion to Jesus’s Storehouse and opened a new chapter.
It has taken a quarter-century to develop the Storehouse ministry model entrusted to Leray and Windows of Heaven. The formation, testing, and proving of this model have reached completion in its first phase, and Jesus’s Storehouse is now prepared to scale over the next 25 years.
All that remains is for Christian CEOs—both men and women—to repent and return to the LORD and pursue Jesus’s own heart, will, and purpose for the public squares of business.

The next chapter is not merely the spiritual formation of a Christian CEO or even the consecration of a company community. It is the outward participation with God Holy Spirit as authentic disciples, Covenant Partners of Christ, living as ministers of reconciliation in the nations' public squares of business.
This is City Restoration: Jesus Christ's CEOs consecrated companies, extending the witness, order, love, and truth of Jesus Christ beyond their walls and into every business sphere of influence entrusted to them in the marketplace. In this way, the public squares of business become places where disciples are made, and people and their business activities are reconciled to the Lord Jesus Christ.
It will take the whole Church—ekklesia—in the marketplace to accomplish this mandate. This is why Living in Communion Company Fellowships are now so critical to the next chapter of Jesus’s Storehouse and why we believe the next 25 years will bear more spiritual fruit than would ever be possible by ministering to CEOs alone.

I know what you have just read is overwhelming and difficult to comprehend, even in the spirit. I know your local church has not taught you any of this, your higher Christian education has not taught you any of this, and your MBA, PhD, or theology degrees have not taught you any of this, which is why Jesus established this Storehouse for Himself, His Companies, and His CEOs.
CEOs, let me encourage you. I knew none of this 25 years ago when I made my covenant with Jesus, but what has compelled me over these first 25 years is my pursuit of Jesus’s own heart and my desire to discern and participate well with God Holy Spirit’s presence. If that is your desire, Holy Spirit will comfort, teach, and lead you on the journey, as He has with me.
CEOs, my question is simple: Are you ready to have your company join Jesus, Holy Spirit, and His Storehouse Windows of Heaven in restoring business to its creator, Jesus Christ?
